The Thumler’s Tumbler UV-45 Industrial Vibratory Tumbler is engineered for heavy-duty, high-capacity performance. With a 4¾-gallon bowl that can handle up to about 57 lb of material, it’s built to support large batches of brass cases, castings, stones, or other media with professional-grade results — ideal for reloaders, rockhounds, jewelers, and metalworkers tackling bigger workloads.
The UV-45 runs on a 115 V ball-bearing motor with thermal protection and delivers around 3000 vibrations per minute with adjustable amplitude for customized finishing. Its heavy-duty polyethylene bowl and lid, cyclonic motion design, and ability to work with wet or dry media make it dependable and efficient for deburring, cleaning, and polishing — even under continuous use.
The UV-45 works with ceramic, plastic, and porcelain medias when used wet, or with dry medias for final polishing. Steel shot should not be used in this machine
